Eight Tiny Reindeer!

Fall Frenzy…Contracts and Discovery Trips!

It’s gearing up to be a busy and fun fall!  We had three – yes, THREE – ratified contracts this week (2 listings and 1 buyer)!  So excited to get 1305 Weavers Way and 125.5 Queen Street under contract, and my buyers are so excited about their new home in Longpoint Subdivision.

Of course, my team and I are also staying busy with all of our other listings and buyers.  We have awesome homes in Grassy Creek and Carolina Park that will be sold before we know it!  We are also working on an amazing pocket listing in Hamlin Plantation with TONS of upgraded, energy efficient, and high tech features…stay tuned for photos early next week! This special home won’t be listed in MLS until February or March, so the only way to get inside is to contact me directly for a private showing. I also have new clients relocating from Kansas and have gotten to show them the best of the Lowcountry life! My team put together a two-day “Discovery Trip,” which is a step above the normal scope of Realtor service. It was amazing!! I loved driving around Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, and Sullivan’s Island with them and explaining all of the details that make our city so incredible.  We toured homes in I’On, Dunes West, Daniel Island, Old Village and more – some of the most gorgeous listings on the market – with inviting pools, deep water access, and stunning views!  We dined on Shem Creek on a warm fall afternoon, and explored community youth programs and recreational facilities for their active family.  We also toured and interviewed with some amazing private schools in the area (and I may have even fallen in love with one for my own family!).

Open House – A SUCCESS!

We had so much fun this Sunday at our Open House at this stunning home in Grassy Creek.  267 Marsh Ibis Trail (recently reduced to only $510,000) showed beautifully and the Open House drew in several promising prospects.  I can’t wait for the offers to start making their way to my desk!
